rancis Percival Smith of Madison announces the marriage of his daughter, Frances Fletcher Smith of Madison and Rappahannock, to Paul Mack Shaver, Jr., son of Mr. ■ and Mrs. Paul Mack Shaver of Little Rock, Arkansas, on Thursday, June 9th in the chapel at Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Mrs. Shaver is the granddaughter of Mrs. William Meade Fletcher of Thornton Hill Farm, Sperryville, Virginia and of the late Judge William Meade Fletcher, who was a member of the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
Mr. and Mrs. Shaver will spend the summer in Little Rock, returning in the fall to Cambridge where Mr. Shaver will continue his studies in archaeology. Mrs. Shaver will enter the University of Boston.
