The Hoard of Supervisors or Rappahannock County, Virginia, at its regular meeting held at the County Court House in Washington. Viiginia on , September 7, |96l). dint ted its Clerk to advertise in the manner prescribed by law in the Rappahannock News, the following ORDINANCE which will be proposed for passage by said Hoard at its next regular meeting to be held on Wednesday. October \ I960 at ten o’clock a.m„ jro-wit:
“HE IT ORDAINED by the Hoard of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia that the following ORDINANCE be passed and ordained :
Thar the Hoard of Supervisors of Rappahannock County doth" imposc a Countv recordation tax tin all WILLS AND ADMINISTRATIONS which are admitted to probate and record, in an amount espial to one-third ( */3) of the amount of the State recordation tax collected for the State on the first recordation of each taxable instrument, provided no tax shall be imposed under this ordinance upon any instrument upon whu*h the State recordation tax is fifty cents specifically; and provided further that where a Will or other instrument relates to propertv located partly in Rappahannock County and partly in another county or city . 01 in other counties or cities, the tax imposed under authority of this Ordinance shall be cornupted only with respect to the property located in Rappahannock County.
