Approximately s?s ballot hare been mailed to Rappahannock’. County farmers to elect Ag icultural Stabilization and Conservation (ASC) community commit-' teemen for the coming year.
These are the fanners who' are eligible to vote in the election according to our office records. There may be considerably more eligible voters of whom ASC does not have a record.
Persons eligible to vote are thosev who participate in the Agricultural ^ Conservation Program or whom participate or are eligible to participate in any other program administered by the ASC county committee. An eligible voter may be owner, operator, tenant or sharecropper. Any farmer meeting these conditions of eligibility who has not received a ballot by mail may obtain one on request from the ASC county office. continued on page twelve
