Bruce Noland. Warrenton contractor and motel operator, has announced his candidacy for the House of Delegates, representing Fauquier and Rappahannock Counties in the July Primaries.

The incumbent, Tom Frost, Warrenton auto dealer, has served in the legislature for five terms, or ten years.
Mr.. Noland, who was bom near Warrenton on May 28, 1918 said, "I have lived heite all my life and 1 am aware of the needs of the people of Fauquier and Rappahannock Counties. 'If elected I will do my utmost to represent all the people of these countiesjin Richmond.”
A former officer in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Noland said, “I have no political ties ufith anyone or any organization. I (k> not believe a delegate should Represent a county and let someone else dictate the formulating of policies. I am against representation by dictation, regardless of whb does the dictating.”
