Chester Gap News
The first practice for the Christmas program of Chester Gap Baptist Mission will be held Sunday afternon November 27 at 2:30. Everyone participating is urged to be present.
Mrs. Minnie Wines, M r s. Odell Williams, Mrs. VVeltie Willis, Mrs. Audrey Williams and son were visitors Thursday of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Wines and family. Mr. Wines, who recently underwent surgery is improving.
Willie Willis, who is employed jn Lynchburg, spent the weekend ^at his home here. Mrs. Willis returned t» Lynchburg with Mr. Willis for an extended visit.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Brady and daughter of Manassas spent the weekend with their parents.
Mr. and Mrs. Buster Mills were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Galen Reil in Orange.
Airman 2c Bradley Williams, who is stationed at Port Lee, spent from Wedmesday through Sunday with his family here.
Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Frazier and son of Washington, Va. were guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Leake.
Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Mathews and son Ricky of Browntown and Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Reil and family of the Fork were visitors Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Williams and family.
Bud Settle of Washington, Va. spent the weekend with Jimmy and Timmy Williams at the home of their parents, Mr. and -Mrs. Herman Williams. Sunday visitors in the Williams home were Bernard and lidward Miller of the Beef Cattle Research Station.
