Enjoy Thanksgiving Day by taking your family or your guests to the annual Thanksgiving dinner served by the ladies of the Sperryville Methodist Church at Sperryville Elementary School on Thanksgiving Day, November 24.
The dinner which is served from 4 until 7 p.m. includes the traditional turkey with all the trimmings. Price per plate is $1.25 for adults and 75 cents for children under 12.

Has New Nursery
Trinity Episcopal Church at Washington, Va., now operates a Sunday morning nursery for babies, toddlers and children too young to attend the 11 o’clock church service. Trinity employs a qualified attendant who cares for the children in one of the Sunday School’s newly furnished and redecorated class rooms. Cookies and juice are served to the youngsters. You are invited to worship God there next Sunday at 11HX) a.m. and leave your young children in the nursery.
