Amend Regulation 2 to fix the season on quail, rabbit and grouse, statewide, from the third Monday in November through January 31, except in the Counties of Bland, Buchanan, Carroll, Dickerson, Giles, Grayson, Lee, Pulaski, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise and Wythe the season on quail shall close on December 81. < .
Amend Regulation 99 to include squirrel and bear in the bow and arrow season from October 15 to November 1.
Amend Regulation 1 to provide a Statewide bag limit on deer of one buck a season.
Amend Regulation 5 to provide a statewide trapping season on foxes from November 15 to January 31 except it snail be lawful to trap and/or hunt foxea at any time in Augusta and Richmond Counties.
Amend Regulation 6 to provide the following bunting seasons for raccoon:
In aH counties east of the Blue Ridge mountains from October 1 to March 10, except in the county of Middlesex there shall be a continuous open season. No bag limit.
In all counties west of the Blue Ridge mountains from October 15 to January 31, except in the counties of Augusta, Bath, Clarke, Frederick, Highland, Page, Rockbridge, Rockingham, Shenandoah and Warren the season shall be from October 15 to February 28. The bag limit shall be two a day.
Regulations 26, 27, 29 and 30, concerning the trapping seasons for beaver, mink, muskrat, opossum and otter are hereby rescinded.
Amend Regulation 28 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to trap- beaver, mink, muskrat, opossum, otter and raccoon, statewide, from December 1 to March 10, with the following exceptions in regard to raccoon:
(a) In the counties of Accomack, Charles City, Gloucester, James City, Mathews, New Kent, Northampton,Princera Anne and York ar.d the cities of Hampton and Newport News, it shall be lawful to trap raccoon from October 1 to January 31.
(b) It shall be lawful to trap raccoon at any time in the counties of Alleghany, Bath, Bland, Botetourt, Buchanan, Carroll, Craig, Dickerson, Floyd, Franklin, Giles, Grayson, Henry Lee, Montgomery, Patrick, Pittsylvania, Pulaski, Roanoke, Rockbridge, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise and Wythe.
Amend Regulation 3 to provide an early squirrel season in the counties of Pittsylvania and Rappahannock from October 1 to October 16.
