Raymond Fowler
Raymond Fowler of Tuscoa, Arizona and Washington, Virginia, died Saturday,, April 8 in a Houston, Texas hospital, after a short illness.
Services are being held today, April 13 in Tuscon.
Mr. Fowler is survived by his wife; one daughter; and two grandchildren.
Mr. and Mrs. Fowler spent much of their time at Canterbury, their summer home near Washington, Virginia.

Resolution
At the April 5th meeting of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors a resolution was unanimously passed in consideration of the excellent service rendered by the Virginia State Police.
The Board members representing the Magisterial Districts of the county, expressed thanks to the .State Department of Police, under the direction of Col. C. W. Woodson, Jr., Superintendent for the service and outstanding performance in the past several years and their cooperation with the Commonwealth Attorney of Rappahannock County.
Troopers W. A. Buntin and J. L. Lowman were complimented on their individual competency and cooperation.
Also commended was Captain C. M. Williams of State Police Headquarters in Culpeper and other members of his force. . A copy of the resolution was sent to Governor J. Lindsay Almond, Jr., to Col. Woodsofi and Capt. Williams.
