Chi Sigma Recesses
The Chi Sigma youth group held its last meeting before the summer recess on a triumphant note. Over forty people went with the group Sunday to Luray Sunset Vesper Service. The Carillion played before the service. The worship service was highlighted by an excellent choir from Washington, D. C. and a stirring message by Dr. V. B. Richardson of the University Baptist Church of Baltimore, Md.
Mr., and Mrs. Morgan Johnston were hosts of Chi Sigma for refreshments in their home following the vesper service.
NOTICE
The Brandy Station Firemen’s Carnival which was rained out earlier in the season, will be held Thursday, Friday and Saturday, July 20 - 21 - 22.
