Everyone knows how jolly Alice Pullen always is. Well, before she left to go to New York on the H. D. Tour a few weeks age, her husband told her she couldn’t go up there and laugh like she always does. Alice contained herself on most of the tour but as they were taking a boat trip abound Manhattan Island something struck her funny and she let out a whoop of laughter then suddenly clapped her hand over her mouth saying, “Wade told me not to laugh.” ■ The trip ended and afl returned home.
