According to the latest statistics from R. Taylor Hoskins, Superintendent of Shenandoah National Park there was a 7.3% increase in travel in the Park to date in 1961 over the same period of the previous year. There have been 1,762,088 visitors to date and in 1960 to date there were 1,641,990.
