And the bill stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names are unknown and making them parties defendant by the general description “Parties Unknown,” an affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown.

It is ordered that the said nonresident defendants, Harry Baker, Cletus Baker, Earl Baker, Charlie Baker, Blanche Baker Dodson, Mary Baker Hellms, and Shirley Baker Hann, and the said persons made defendant by the general description “unknown heirs, devisees, and successors in title or unknown parties” do appear within ten days after due publication of, this order and do what is necessaryto protect their interests.
