Mrs. W. F. Moffett, Jr. has completed summer school at Madison College.

News has been received that Timothy Keating has a broken wrist and has been in a Washington, D. C. hosptial.

Mr. and Mrs. P. W. Scudere spent several days last week in Baltimore, Md. and the weekend in Pittsburgh, Pa

Mrs. W. H. Lyne is expected home today from University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville, where she underwent surgery last Friday.

Over night guests tonight of Miss Carolyn Turner will be Miss Susan Greene of Newport News and Miss Virginia Kane of Alexandria. Friday Miss Turner and her guests will accompany Mr. and Mrs. Fred McClung to New York to attend a bon voyage party for their son Mac, who will sail Saturday aboard the S.S. Berlin for a year’s study abroad.

Mr. and Mrs. Henry M. Keyser were dinner guests Tuesday of Mr. and Mrs W. A. Miller.

The Misses Mary and Frances Wood have been the guests this week of Mr. and Mrs. Quentin McCoy in Bristol.

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lee Smith spent Tuesday in Hagerstown, Md.

Mrs. C. E. Marsh and Mrs. Mayrietta McCloud of Lynchburg spent the day Monday at Jessamine Hill Farm.
