Mr. O. A Norton, Superintendant of Schools for Warren and Rappahannock Counties announced today that schools will officially open September 4, at 9 a.m. and will operate until noon on that day.

Mr. Norton further stated that teachers 'and principals will be engaged in workshop meetings beginning on Tuesday, August 28, at which time the principals will be meeting at 9 a.m. at the E. Wilson Morrison School in Front Royal. Teachers will work in their respective schools beginning Thursday, August 30 at 9 a.m. All teachers and principals will report to the E Wilson Morrison School Friday, August 31, at 9 ajn. at which time an inspirational program has been planned.
