Besides good fellowship and a plenty of good food, other highlights will include .a display of cows and their artificially bred daughters; gjames, croquet, badminton, softball, (boys bring your gloves) and horse shoes; music by the Rappahannock Rockettes. It is also hoped that Extension Dairyman, Frank Ellmore, whose knowledge of the/dairy cow began in a ‘cuppin”, will be on hand to talk feeds and feeding, preparing posters showing pictures of bulls in service at the Virginia Bull Stud, with names of some of our farmers owning daughters of each bull.

Mail your card to the County Agent’s office stating how many from your family will attend the picnic.

Interested milk cow owners who have not been using ILA.B.A. services are also invited to attend. Please advise Mr. Lyne who you are and how many from your family will be present.

In case of rain the School Board has granted permission to use the school building, so rain or shine, the event will go on.
