Education at the University or Virginia. In the afternoon the Rappahannock County Education Association will be meeting under the .direction of the president Mrs. Sally Palmer.
All students that have not formally enrolled in the Rappahannock County Schools should report to their respective school on Thursday, August 30, for the purpose of registration. This applies to first graders that have not previously been registered and to students that have moved into the county during tha summer. First graders should bring a birth certificate and proof of small pox vaccination_ Students that attended school elsewhere last year should bring a birth certificate and their report card. Any new students that are unable to report to their school on Thursday, August 30, will be registered on the first day of school.
As previously announced, all students of Forest Grove area will attend the Washington [Elementary School. Students that live in the Harris-GidBrown-Smedley Hollows will attend the Sperryville School.
