Whereas, Leon T. Grrenaway and Eleanor R. Greenaway have this day exhibited a petition against Ray A. Ferguson for an order of sale of three certain horsses, namely: OCEAN LANE, a grey stallion, ten years of age, Jockey Club Registration number H5940; KISS ME, a chestnut mare; and GOLDY’S MISS, a brown mare, to satisfy a lien for keeping, supporting, and caring for said horses, for the sum of $1,065.10,-with interest thereon from the 3rd day of August, 1962, claimed by petitioners.
