|' Celebrate 25th Anniversary
Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hawkins and Mr. and Mrs. Hay wood Griffith of Front Royal, recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with a dinner party at the Virginia Gentleman Restaurant in Front Royal. The couples were married in a double ceremony on September 17, 1938 in Flint Hill by the Rev. LyleH. Ewell. Mr. and Mrs. Joel Jenkins of Flint Hill attended the dinner party. Mrs. Jenkins is a sister of Mr. Hawkins.

The WSCS meeting of Flint Hill Methodist Church was held at home of Mrs. Carson Lillard, Thursday, September 19. Mrs. Lillard lead the program, which was a group discussion of Spiritual Life. Those present were Mrs. James Grimmer, Mrs. Empry Russell, Mrs. Frank C^ry, Mrs. Barbara Gentry and Mrs Paul Miller
