Agricultural Careers
Demand for professional agricultural workers in Virginia continues to exceed the supply, says Dr. Evans G. Thompson, head of the agricultural education department at Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
Last year’s graduates had two job offers on the average, and adjoining states are seeking V ir;g in i «i, agricultural, graduates for employment. There were 34 graduates in Thompson's department last June.
