The object of this suit is to quiet and partition title to the lands of Bigelow Veney and establish the title of Milton C. Gore, Complainant in the above-mentioned Bill of Complaint, to certain lands in the Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County. Virginia, said lands containing Eleven and Onehalf Acres (11V4 acres), an interest in said lands having been obtained by the Complainant, Milton C. Gore, from certain of the beirs of Bigelow Veney, to wit: James Veney, Lily V. Hughes, Lucy P. Grigsby, Mabel P. Fletcher. An affidavit having been made and filed that the following are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that the last known post office addresses are correctly set forth opposite their names listed below:
