Virginia, said lands containing Eleven and Onehalf Acres (11V4 acres), an interest in said lands having been obtained by the Complainant, Milton C. Gore, from certain of the beirs of Bigelow Veney, to wit: James Veney, Lily V. Hughes, Lucy P. Grigsby, Mabel P. Fletcher. An affidavit having been made and filed that the following are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that the last known post office addresses are correctly set forth opposite their names listed below:
