The Russian invention of a machine to induce sleep by wires....a contraption giving the equivalent of eight hours sleep in two hours..represents a menace to mankind. The average American has all he can do to cope with a 16hour day...If the machine were to be used on a large scale in America, Khrushchev wouldn’t have to worry about burying us, his machine would do it for him.
