Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brown of Hamilton announce the birth of a son Michael Reid on January 23, 1964 in the Loudqp County Hospital in Leesburg The Browns have two other sons age seven and ten. The paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown of Sperryville.

Mr. and Mrs. John Marshall Clark of Washington, Va. are receiving congratulations on the birth of a daughter, Maxie Lane, born January 17, 1964 in the Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal.

Mr* and Mrs. Hank Beumer of Manassas, Va. announce the birth of a daughter, Trina Desiree on January 18, 1964. Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Guy Foster of •Flint Hill and paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Leo Beumer of Coal Hill, Arkansas.

Arthur M. Mills

A funeral service was held on Wednesday at 2 o’clock in Willis Chapel Methodist Church for Arthur Maynard Mills, 35, who died on Sunday night in Richmond. The service was conducted by the Rev. James B. Grimmer with interment in the church cemetery.

Mr. Mills was a native of Rappahannock, son of Joseph W. and Susie Williams Mills of Huntly who survive him. He is also survived by his wife Lucy Martin Mills and a son, Anthony Wayne of Richmond; two brothers, George Mills of Culpeper and Joseph F. Mills of Arlington; and one sister, Mrs. Eleanor Gieselman of Alexandria. He served in the U. S. Navy for seven years.
