Mrs. Dora Dodson Fletcher of Landover, Md., widow of Will C. Fletcher, died February 15, 1964 in Winchester Memorial Hospital. She was 6& . She was a native of Sperryville, Rappahannock County, the daughters the late Smither Boot Dodson and Sally Jenfc ins Dodson. She was a member of Beech Spring Regular Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Howard F. and Paul W. Fletcher and a daughter, Mrs. Edna May Foster, all of Maryland and seven grandchildren. Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Ray Frazier of Boston, Mrs. Bruce Corbin, Elkwood and Mrs. Lacy Corbin, Winchester.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at 1:30 from Jones Funeral Home in Winchester with Elder JameB W. Adkins officiating. Interment was in the Mt. Hebron Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Shelvey Frazier, Jimmie Dodson, Ray Thomas, Gilbert Puffinberger, Russell Brown, Jim Kelchner, Minor Corbin and Edward Sheeni.
Willis G. Burke
Willis Gabriel Burke of Washington, Va. died Tuesday February 25, 1964 in a Staunt on hospital. He was born October 1, 1885 in Madison County, a son of the late Gabriel and Elizabeth Burke. He married the former Dora Elizabeth Davidson, who preceded him in death. A funeral service will be conducted Thursday (today) at 2 p.m. from the Washington Methodist Church with the Rev. James Grimmer officiating. Interment will be in Washington Masonic Cemetery. Surviving Mr. Burke are two daughters, Mrs. C. E. Giles and Mr8. M. M. Hawkins, both of Washington, Va.; and three grandchildren, Clarence Early Giles, Jr., Ronald David* son Hawkins and Stewart Willis Hawkins. Active pallbearers will be C. J. Miller, Ned Settle, L. V. Merrill, Judge R. V. Snead, Jonas Jenkins, Sr., and T. Morgan Johnston.

Mr. and Mrs. Claude Sparks of Boston had as their guests on Tuesday Mrs. Sparks’ mother Mrs. Frank Anderson of Broad Run and her brother and sister-in-law Mr. and Mrs. James Anderson and daughter Diane of Warrenton. Among those that attended the funeral of Mrs. Dora Flet cher in Winchester on Tuesday were Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier and daughter Marie and sons Harold and Ray Jr. of Boston; Mr. and Mrs.Bruce Corbin - and daughter Margie of Elkwood; Mr. and Mrs. Shelvy Frazier and daughter Janet of Castleton, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Mason and daughter and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Racey, Miss Brenda Frazier, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Meier and family all of Culpeper; Mr, and Mrs. Hostman Frazier of Fredericksburg, James Jenkins of Amissville and Mrs. Archie Hitt of Rixeyville.
