Ends Sunday Night
Daylight Time in this area ends next week with clocks returning to Eastern Standard Time just past midnight Sunday. Monday, September 7, Labor Day, will be on Standard Time. Residents should set their clocks back one hour on Sunday night. The 10th District, in the Washington, D. C.'area, will retain Daylight Savings Time until the last Sunday of October to be in agreement with the District.
Library Meeting Set for Tonight
A meeting of the Trustees, District committee members of the Rappahannock Library and all interested persons will be held tonight at 8 o’clock in the Library. This group will discuss plans for the continued functioning of the Library in the life of the county. A good attendance is urged.
