Petersen's mother, Mrs. James M. Settle several days this week. Mrs. George W. Darby who has been visiting Mrs. Settle left Saturday to visit relatives In Arlington before returning to her home in St. Petersburg, Fla. Mr. and Mrs. James Settle Mr. and Mrs. Wade Jeffries and Mr. and Mrs. Linwood Pullen and their families of Manassas were Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Pullen. Edgar (Butch) Browning who has been employed at the First National Bank in Memphis, Tenn. for the summer returned Saturday and will be at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning for two weeks before resuming his studies at the University of Virginia. The W.M.S. met Friday evening at the home of Mrs. Will Putnam with Mrs. Arnold Sorrells in charge of the program.
