Why is it then that we have NEVER come even near filling the blood bank quota? Let us show what we can do when the Blood mobile comes ar ound next time which is November 6. Many, many are the people who have said that they would be happy to give blood, but they cannot come until after work and the bloodmobile has not been able to stay after 4 p.m. This time, the unit will be at the Trinity Church Parish Hall, in Washington, from 12 noon until 5:45 p.m. The Red Cross Bloodmobile is being most helpful, bending over backwards to help us fill our quota. That should give everybody a very fair chance to get there in time. If we cannot come within at least 10% of our quota, at least 87 pints twice a year, we may be cut off from the blood program.
