Miss Evelyn Joan Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob L. Williams of Huntly became the bride of Charles William Thomas of Spferryville on October 14, 1964 in Rockville, Md. Mr. Thomas is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James W. Thomas, Sperryville. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the s Rev. Robert C. Warren, Jr. in Rock ville Methodist Church. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas are temporarily making their home with the bridegroom's parents. Mr. Thomas is employed with Lawrence E. Coin, Warrenton. Mrs. Thomas is a 1963 graduate of Rappahannock County High School and has been employed with Old Virginia' Packing Co. in Front Royal.
