Mr. Miller will be associated with a former Rappahannock man, Burrell Frank Cannon, who heads the land division of the company, having been with Rucker Since 1949. , Mr. Miller is a native of Rappahannock. He was graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in 1957 after which he served as 1st Lieutenant with the U. S. Army for two years. He was recently promoted to the rank of Captain in the Reserves. He is chairman of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors; member of the Planning Commission; manager of Washington Apple Growers Coop. Inc. and with his father operates a 600 acre farm near Washington. Mr. Cannon expressed great pleasure in having Mr. Miller as their representative, and sincerely feels that he will be a great asset to the organization and to the real estate business. During the past week Mr. Miller and Mr. Cannon negotiated the sale of the farm of Mrs. J. L. Bray near Amissville and the Updike tract near Washington.
