Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning had as their guests for a family dinner Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Claude Brooks of Ellerson, Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Palmore of Richmond, Mr. and Mrs. L. T. Kay, Springfield, Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Derieux and Miss Marion Derieux of Highland Springs, Mr. and Mrs Charles LeFoe, Miss Barbara LeFoe and Hunter LeFoe of Chambersburg, Pa. Dennie and Peter Sorrells were guests several days this week of Mr. and Mrs. Judd Burke during Mrs. Sorrell’s stay in the Warren Memorial Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Corbin of Annandale and Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Corbin of Arlington were guests Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Foster. Some rifle'practicing was done in preparation' for the coming hunting season. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Foster called on Mrs. Ruth Spence in Front Royal and all had dinner at the Hy-Wy Restaurant. Miss Lottie Printz entered George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D. C. on Tuesday where she underwent surgery. Her condition is reported to be satisfactory.
