About thirty club members, friends and guests enjoyed the exhibits and program at the Rappahannock County Home Demonstration Clubs Achievement Day which was held at the Episcopal Church Parish Hall in Washington on Saturday, Nov. 14. The Honorable Mrs. George H, Davis, Jr., Mayor of Washington, gave a very interesting and informative address on "Our Rappahannock Heritage." She also challenged us for support in helping find historical information about our county. 4-H members, Carty Moffett and Billy Payne entertained with their talents. Carty played and sang a number and Billy sang and also had a puppet act. The Amissville Club had a very appropriate display for the season with numerous hand made gifts on exhibit which were most attractive, colorful and useful. The Chester Gap
