Massie, Jr. MisdN. Rebecca Duncan and Miss Norvell Lee of Front Royal were guests New Year’s Eve and through New Year's Day of Mr. and Mrs. Frank W. Spalding. Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning spent Christmas Day as guests of Mr. and Mrs. Claude Brooks in Mechanicsville. The Brownings and the Brooks were overnight guests Friday of Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Palmore in Richmond. On Satup day they were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Waring Derieux in Highland Springs. Mrs. Brooks, Mrs. Palmore and Mrs, Derieux are sisters of Mrs. Browning.
