held their January meeting on| Monday the 4th at the Baptist Church in Amissville. Their program was on knitting. The 2nd knitting class will be on Wednesday, January 13th at 7:45 p.m. at the Amissville i Baptist Church, for those who wish to continue work. “Window Treatment’ will j be the program for the Sperry j vifle Club which will be meet-i ing on January 7th at 8:00: p.m. with Mrs. Paul Nichols.' The Woodville Club will meet on January Nth at 2:00 p.m. ; with Miss Nellie Johnson. Their program ( will be on “Ideas for Using Christmas Cards’. The Rappahannock 4-H Clubs will be busy in January making plans for several big events coming up in the early spring. The annual4-Hsupper will be held in March. A committee will be meeting on Janu I ary 18 to make plans for this event, so there will be more details on this at a later date. The County and District 4-H i Demonstration Contests are scheduled for April, so the 4-H’ers will begin working on their demonstration in January.

The Rappahannock County Arts and Crafts Committee is scheduled to meet on Janu ary 12 at l'0;00 a.m.atCablnn at Sperryville. These meetings are open to all interested persons.
