PUBLIC HEARING
A representative of the Virginia Department of Highways will be at the Court Room of the Rappahannock County Court House at 10:00 am., Friday, January 22, 1965, for the purpose of hearing any persons concerned with the proposed discontinuance from the Virginia Secondary Highway System certain roads or sections of road which do not now appear to provide service to the general public. The effect of the proposed discontinuance will be to terminate the Department’s interest in or responsibility for maintenance and construction on the sections but will not affect the rights of private owners on the road to use :he sections so discontinued.
