The Home Demonstration meeting met Thursday with Miss Lillie and Miss Nellie Johnson with seven members and one visitor present. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Butler and family of Arlington, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Butler and family of McLean were week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Butler. Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Cary Thornhill were Mrs. George Butler,- Mr. an^ Mrs. Tom Thornhill and daughter. Other callers in the afternoon were Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Thornhill and family. Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. George Johnston were Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Carter of Front Royal, Mr. and Mrs. Ashby Thornhill and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Karnes and family of Culpeper. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Hawkins were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Thorn-i hill.
