Oliver P. Morris Announcement is made this week of the opening in Culpeper on Monday, Jan. 18, of the Piedmont Small Loan Company. The new firm, with office at 162 E. Davis St., will be managed by Oliver P. Moi» ris, native of Reidsville, N. C. The business has been organized by a group of area businessmen. The company, whose corpora tion charter from the State of Virginia was issued in Dec., will be limited to loans up to $600.00 and subject to the usual state banking regula tions governing such companies.

Jenkins, sor of Mr. and Mrs. Conner Jenkins returned Jan. 5 to Cat son, Colo, where he is stationed at Fort Carson. He had spent the holidays with his parents.
