All of that certain tract or parcel of land, with buildings and other improvements thereon, containing 46 acres more or less, situated on State Highway Route 231, at Etlan, in Robertson Magisterial District, Madison County, Virginia, bounded by the lands of Everett and Jack Yowell, Madison W. Weakley and others; and being the same real estate conveyed to Paul Nicholson by F. W. Bennett et als, by deed dated March 17, 1956 and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office „in Deed Book 73, page 1, less and except two certain conveyances to Everett Hale Yowell and to Joel Byrd Yowell by deeds dated April 6, 1956 and November 19, 1956 and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 73, page 61 and Deed Book 73, page 446, respectively.
This real estate has located thereon a dwelling, an orchard, and a packing house, and is described as Tract No. 3 in the aforementioned deed of trust.
