“Quick everybody down! It’s an Indian raid!” “Oh dear! And I just had a permanent. My scalp will look awful!” An excerpt from “The Custer's Last Stand" to be presented by the Senior Class Saturday, April 10 at 8;00. Come see, come laugh, at the really wild, woolly and hilarious west. SCA installation of new officers was held last week. Mr. B. Gale Titchenell gave a very enlightening talk on teacherstudent relations. Mr. Titchenell remarked, “In teaching youth a teacher is like a potter, who takes a lump of clay and molds it into an object of beauty or of ugliness. The student should recognize that the teacher does not know it all, that they are constantly taking courses.” Installation of the student body, by the SCA pledge, closed the program. Tuesday, Gloria Durden, Linda Beahm and Mrs. H. B. Wood, Jr., adviser, attended an F.H.A. Federation meeting. The meeting was held at Warren County High. At this meeting names for federation offices were placed in nomination for 1965-66. The eighth through the eleventh grades are now engaged in scheduling for next year. Miss Zinn, of the Guidance Office, would like to caution students not to take just “snap” subjects. Seniors were busy Monday taking Civil Service Examinations. Those taking the test were: Merle Dulaney; Kenyon Smith; Pat Woodard; Dorothy Leake; Janice Dod6on; Barbara Pullen; Jack Atkins; Nancy Jenkins; Lillian Grigsby; Lou Ann Phillips; Arlene Fincham; Joyce Dodson; Tom Atkins; and Linda Beahm. We are all anticipating our scores with high hopes. -Mysterious People(?) is a Junior, is very active in school activities. He is about 5*7* and is a member of Pep and Varsity Club. Last week’s mysterious person was Carty Moffett.
