nuine ana continued in the prac tice of law until his death. Mr. Johnson was one of the first trustees of the Virginia Baptist Home. He assisted the late Dr. J. T. Edwards in the establishment of the home for aged Virginia Baptists In 1948 He was a member and deacon of Culpeper Baptist Church and a former member of the general board and the extension board of the Virginia General Association. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Margaret Shackelford Johnson. A funeral service will beheld at 2 p.m. Thursday at Culpeper Baptist Church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
