Edwards in the establishment of the home for aged Virginia Baptists In 1948 He was a member and deacon of Culpeper Baptist Church and a former member of the general board and the extension board of the Virginia General Association. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Margaret Shackelford Johnson. A funeral service will beheld at 2 p.m. Thursday at Culpeper Baptist Church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
