Special Medicare
Enrollment Day
Rappahannock County and Warren County residents will have one more chance to enroll for Medicare before the March 31 deadline. A representative from the Winchester Social Security Office will be at the City Hall in Front Royal on March 30 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. This will afford an excellent opportunity for those who have not enrolled tofile their application. Remember, all persons who were 65 by January 1, 1966 are eligible to enroll for some portion of the hospital and medical insurance program. The Winchester office will remain open until 9:00 p.m. on March 28, 29, 30 and 31. The office is located at 20 South Cameron Street.
