Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Palmer were in Richmond Saturday evening and attended the Richmond Public Forum at the Mosque when General Maxwell Taylor spoke on “Viet Nam Reports." Mrs. Thomas L. Eastham and son Fletcher and Mi's. T. C. Lea, Jr. and children Page and Cal attended a performance of the Ringling Bros Barnham and Bailey Circus in Washington, D. C. on Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. J. S, Weaver spent the weekend with Mrs. Nick Penaranda and family in ,F;qlls Church. Other Sunday dinner guests were-Mr/ana Mrs. Leo Wood of Takom^ Park, Md. and John Weaver of Washington, D. C. George H. Davis, III who is attending the Law School at the University of Tennessee, in Knoxville, Tenn. spent the weekend at the home of his parents on Gay Street. Mrs. Brooke Moffett and daughter, Robin, of Norfolk were Friday supper guests of Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett at her apartment in the Snead apartments. After spending the weekend at the home of her mother, Mrs. J. N. Major at Riverton, Mrs. Moffett and daughter returned to Norfolk on Sunday and was accompanied by Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett who will visit her son and daughter-in-law, Dr. and Mrs. Moffett for two weeks. Miss Segar Jones of Chowan College, Murfreesboro N. C., spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones at Delamore. Dr. and Mrs. John Peyton Snead IV and John R. DeBergh left Sunday for several days skiing at Stowe, Vermont.
