Usher Board To Meet

The First Baptist Church Usher's Board will meet Thursday, September 8at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Miss Wanda Roy. All ushers are urged to be present.

Umbers Reunion

The Timbers family held its annual Reunion on Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bailey with a picnic dinner on the lawn. There were 58 members and friends present from Pennsylvania; District of Columbia and Virginia.

Chicken-Chitterling Dinner

There will be a chicken and chitterling dinner Saturday, Sept. 10 at the home of Mrs. Ruth Rankins, benefit of the Hopewell Usher Board. 75(5 in and $1.00 out. Everyone is invited to come out and make this dinner a success.
