developed' into the sale through her shopof a collection of interest to many Rappahannock residents as well as connoisseurs of beaut! ful things. The letter was from Mrs. Henry T. Miller in Washington, D. C. and it started "Being a subscriber to the Rappahannock News, I have seen your notices and have read various items concerning your gift shop with much interest.* .iter explaining that she was moving from an eight room house to an apartment, she asked, "I wonder- If you would be interested in selling for me, at least a few of the many articles I have accumulated in the past 46 years." Mrs. Miller is the widow of the late Dr. Henry Miller, a noted Eye, Ear and Nose specialist in Washington, D. C, and was born and bred in Rappahannock at Mountain Green the son of John J. Miller and his first wife. They are well known throughout the County having visited his half sister Mrs. Julia Settle in Flint Hill, his half brother
