To satisfy legal require - ments prescribed by the General Assembly, copies of these revised regulations will be available from the Commission Richmond office in addition to those posted at Court Houses. A public meeting will be held in Richmond at 10 a.m., February 18, for the specific purpose of hearing any objections from the public regarding the new format of the regulations. The Commission will not consider any suggestions to change the corr tent of any regulations at this time. Discussion will be limit ed entirely to details of word ing and arrangement of the revised regulations.
Following official proposal of the newly worded regulations at the February 18 meet ing, the new format will be adopted in its entirety at the annual game regulation meeting sometime in March. New game regulations will not be discussed at the February meeting.
