The Virginia Swine Self-Help Program would make possible an expanded research and development pro gram for pork producers. “Such a program would enable producers to more readily obtain research solutions to many pressing problems, such as controlling diseases, improving reproductive performance, lowering feed costs improving marketing and solv ing swine management problems. As a producer, one should help by qualifying and voting in this important referendum.”
