Class Offered
The Central Virginia Chap-' ter of the American Red Cross is starting a Life Saving Class on February 2 at Memorial Gym Pool at the University of Virginia. The classes will be given by qualified Red Cross Instructors under the supervision of Mr. Ralph Law, chairman of the Chapter’s Water Safety Program. The series will run for eight weeks and the sessions will last from 7 to 9 p. m. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age or in the 10th grade in school.
Tax Management Clinic Scheduled
A special one-day Tax Management Clinic for owners and managers of industrial, retail, wholesale, and service firms will be held Wednesday, February 8, at the Jefferson Hotel in Richmond.
