************ Food forecasts for February shows that even though it’s a short month there will be quite a few plentiful foods available. Some you will note are repeats from January. Oranges will head the list of plentiful again and other abundant foods will be grapefruit, pork, eggs, canned salmon, dry beans and green split peas. Salmon as listed will be a good buy with the pink being less expensive than red salmon. Both are equal in nutritional quality and are excellent sources, of protein so include a salmon dish in your meals during the month.
