Henry Magruder Keyser,65f of Washington, Va., died Monday, January 30, 1967 at the j University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville. Known to his many friends as “DougJ he was a native of Rappahannock County, the son of the late William Lee and Caroline Dejarnette Keyser. Mr. Keyser was superintendent of buildings and grounds at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg for 16 years. He retired from this position to 1962 and returned to Rappahannock to make his home. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ruth Jacobsen Keyser, Washington; one son, Henry Magruder Keyser, Jr. of Fairfax; *and two grandchildren; also a brother, JosephD. Keyser of Washington, Va. vA graveside service was held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Washington Masonic Cemetery, Washington, Va. with the Rev. Charles Glaenzer officiating. Pallbearers were Aubrey H. Keyser, Dr. G. Tyler Miller, W. A. Miller, J. E. Keyser, Dr. John P. Snead* Jr., L. V. Merrill, Judge Elliott D. Marshall and John S. Browning. Clore Funeral Home, Culpeper, was in charge of arrangements.
