Receives Scholarship
Miss Tish Kilby of Sperryville has been awarded a two year scholarship to the University of Connecticut, School of Social Work. Miss Kilby is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Kilby, and is a senior at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where she is majoring in psychology. In the two years of graduate study she will obtain a Masters degree in social work and will be required to work in the field of mental health for two years following the completion of her studies. Miss Kilby, has been on the Dean's list at the University of Tennessee continuously since the first quarter. She has also been active with the University Choral group.
