To Give Equipment
Virginia Heart Association willed istribute $5,000.00 worth of oxygen dispensing equipment to organized rescue
[squads and life-saving units
| throughout Virginia in 1967, 'according to Maj. General John T. Sprague of Waverly,
jVa., Chairman of the Association’s Committee on Rescue Squads. The equipment jwill be donated to Squads in 'areas of the State served directly by the State Heart organization where no local chap ter exists. The mailing of application forms to all qualified rescue units of record has been com pleted, Gen. Sprague stated. Squads which do not receive the forms and who are in need of equipment, many request a form from Virginia Heart Association, 812-814 West Franklin Street, Richmond, Va, he said.
