Military Academy, West Poinj New York. In 1959 he received his master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia. He has served as company commander and staff officer, 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment in Germany; instructor U. S. Army Armor School, Ft. Knox, Kentucky; combat vehicle automotive test officer and branch chief, U. S. Army Armor Board, Ft. Knox, Kentucky; and senior advisor, 49th Infantry Regiment (Vietnamese), Binh Dinh Province, South Vietnam. He has been awarded the Bronze Star, the Air Medal, and the Vietnamese Medal for Valor with Silver Star. Now a student at the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, Washington, D. C., Colonel Noce resides with his wife and four daughters at 2622 Culpeper Road, Alexandria. His parents-in-law are Colonel and Mrs. David A. Taylor, 213 North 22nd Street East, Bradenton, Florida.
